    The Junior Retail Systems Application Administrator (SharePoint) will be responsible for designing and configuring SharePoint solutions for retail store locations and corporate office external and internal use. The ideal candidate will have the people and technical skills to gather and document requirements; determine site and library structures; configure pages, web parts, and tools; develop and deliver training; and provide troubleshooting and assistance to users of varying skill levels on the design, use, and customization of SharePoint. The candidate may also assist business process improvement, program management, and meetings in support of Retail Systems projects and other IT projects. SharePoint Solutions currently includes: SharePoint Online, Flow, PowerApps, Power BI and other solutions as they arise.


    Job Duties


    • Interviewing stakeholders to document current state and future requirements for SharePoint Online
    • Assist in developing a strategy, roadmap, and stakeholder engagement plan to leverage the capabilities of SharePoint Online in support of collaboration, data sharing, and knowledge management across multiple departments
    • Participating in the planning, design and deployment of new SharePoint solutions
    • Assist in designing and configuring lists & libraries, permissions, page layouts, web parts, SharePoint solutions and the overall site structure
    • Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), business rules, style guides, governance, a data management strategy, and tools
    • Assist in developing and delivering job aids, communications, and training to end users
    • Provide troubleshooting assistance to end users for lists & libraries, permissions, page layouts, web parts, and the overall site structure
    • Working closely with experienced system analysts or project leaders to support their SharePoint needs
    • Use problem-solving and analytical skills to design, development, customize, implement, upgrade, and support SharePoint solutions
    • Work with customers and technical staff to gather or work from high level requirements through detailed specifications, design, development, test, and implementation
    • Serve as a Technical Representative for SharePoint-related projects
    • Assist end users by providing strategic SharePoint direction, training materials, and status updates on support requests
    • Support SharePoint environment, perform root cause analysis and open support tickets as needed
    • Perform testing for SharePoint solution support and development related activiti Work with business and QA teams to develop test scripts and perform testing as needed

     Supervisory Responsibilities
                      • This job does not require supervisor duties.



    Job Requirements


         Must be 21 or older.




         At least 12 months of IT experience in a retail environment, and/or any amount of

         comparable exposure or experience working in IT. High School diploma required, IT college

         degree is a plus. Willing to train the right candidate on SharePoint.
